Campus Recruiting

Meet and network with a wide array of top-tier employers as they visit our campus each fall and spring to interview students. These meetings often culminate in job offers.

International Student Success

Secure meaningful US-based employment. Our committed network of alumni and employers actively recruit current students. 86% of international students were employed (or pursuing a PhD) within 90 days of graduation. 86% of employed international students were employed in the US within 90 days of graduation. Salary + Signing Bonus + Equity = $250,993 average reported by International Alumni upon graduation. Corporate Engagement

Join a career chat with some of our many alumni and corporate partner executives. These are workshops and presentations that will introduce you to supply chain functional roles, industries, and employer expectations. Weekly alumni visits, recruiting information sessions, and informal coffee chats are scheduled to align with employer hiring schedules. To accommodate student schedules, we prioritize interviewing on campus.

Annual Recruiting Treks

Recruiting visits to the Bay Area and/or Seattle and site visits to Boston-area companies will connect you with alumni and top employers, while our annual international and domestic study treks will give you an invaluable and memorable perspective on global trade.

Clifton Strengths Assessment

This in-depth personality assessment tool will help you understand, value, and direct your natural talents. As an integral component of career preparation, strengths coaching will ensure that you know how to be an effective team member and help you tell your story to employers.

VMock

This online review tool will help you quickly refine your resumé using benchmarked supply chain data, tailoring it to specific roles. The personal resumé review by a SCM career staff member will further polish and orient your accomplishments, so your resumé gets the attention of employers you’re looking to impress.

Networking

We retain professional consultants to help you develop and hone your presentation skills. Before you graduate, you’ll be able to tell your story with confidence in interviews, at networking events, in cover letters, and on LinkedIn.

Supply Chain Challenge

Compete in a three-week, team-based, business case challenge, where you’ll creatively address and solve a data-centric supply chain problem submitted by a partner company.

Interview Preparation

We offer intensive and unlimited one-on-one interview preparation meetings, including mock interviews, to every student until they secure employment. If you’re interested in a consulting career, we offer a subscription to Case Coach. Also, our alumni often deliver case preparation workshops, so you can master your case interviewing skills.

Evaluating Offers and Negotiations

Our services don’t stop when you get a job offer. We’ll help you assess your offer and give you strategies for negotiating it. We’ll also provide you access to proprietary data that will allow you to make an informed decision.

Our supply chain career community increases student awareness of functional roles, employer expectations, companies, and industries that align with students’ strengths and interests. The STEM/OPT Advantage

Our SCM Master’s degree program is a qualified STEM/OPT program, which means if you are an international student and you complete our 10-month residential degree program, you could apply for an extension of your F-1 visa status. This extension would allow you to work in the United States for up to three years after you graduate, without an H-1B visa. In most years, 100% of international students secure U.S. employment offers.
